I really had a great time with my counsellor. At the beginning, I wasn’t able to do things on my own, but now I’ve discovered my abilities and skills with the help of my counsellor. I used to have zero self-esteem and very low self-worth, but now I’ve started to value myself, make time for me, and try new things and hobbies.
